- Enter the customer number (কাস্টমার নম্বার) from your DPDC bill. The form also shows an email field; follow the portal’s current instructions for it.
- Enter the Security Code shown in the CAPTCHA image and submit the search using the form’s search control. Check the returned bill’s period and account details.
What if the bill does not appear?
If the code is hard to read or rejected, reload the form and use the new code. Verify the selected month and customer number. The provider controls whether older bills are available.
