A few things to know before you get started.
Where can I find my reference number?+
Look for “Reference No.” on a previous electricity bill. Enter the 14 digits without spaces, then select the U or R suffix if shown.
Does eBillCheck charge for a lookup?+
No. The current electricity bill lookup is free to use.
Is eBillCheck an official utility website?+
No. eBillCheck is an independent service. Bills are requested from PITC and their availability depends on the provider.
Why might a bill be unavailable?+
The provider may be temporarily unavailable, the reference or suffix may be incorrect, or a new bill may not be ready yet. Try again or contact your electricity company.
